Launchpad assessments have already informed predicted data outcomes for ELGs and phonics progress, helping us identify pupils at risk of not meeting benchmarks early in the year and adjust provision accordingly. The framework has upskilled the team by giving them shared language, clearer developmental pathways, and greater confidence in matching activities to individual learning needs. During recent internal reviews and in discussions with external visitors, including Ofsted, we have been able to articulate how Launchpad is used diagnostically to underpin high-quality teaching, targeted intervention, and evidence-based progression across the school.
